Complaints procedure

It is important that you feel comfortable with your midwife. As a practice, we want to provide the best care for our clients. We do our utmost to ensure that the contact is professional and pleasant. However, it is possible that you are dissatisfied or that you have a complaint.

Discuss your dissatisfaction or complaint with us

Of course you can also contact us if you have complaints about the care or guidance. Tell us what’s bothering you. We are happy to take the time to talk to you. If you do not feel comfortable discussing the complaint with the relevant midwife, you can always make an appointment with one of the other midwives. If you find it exciting, you can bring a person with whom you feel familiar.

Contact our complaints officer

If it is not possible to solve the matter together or if you need help with submitting a complaint, you can contact the complaints officer of the CBKZ (Central Office for Complaints Management in Healthcare). The complaints officers are impartial. They will discuss with you what you are dissatisfied with and what you would like to achieve with your complaint. They advise you what to do. If you find it difficult to start start the conversation with us they will help you with this as well. Also they can help with writing a letter about the complaint. The complaints officer can help us both to find a solution together. Everything you tell the complaints officer is confidential. The external complaints officer of the CBKZ can be reached by telephone from Monday to Friday on 088-0245123. You can also send an email to complaintverloskunde@cbkz.nl.
